Larger Filter Packages

Twin Tower Engineering can help protect your compressed air systems from contaminants with our  high efficiency compressed air dryer filter packages.  Each package includes dual pre-filters (coalescing and particulate) to remove dirt, scale, liquid oil, and water aerosols that can cause compressed air dryers to malfunction or decrease drying efficiency.  Also included is one after-filter (particulate) to remove desiccant dust to protect your down stream systems.

These sets of filters are matched to our regenerative air dryers (HR Series) and heatless regenerative compressed air dryers (VSA Series) in flow and performance. Our compressed air dryer filter packages can be fitted to your existing dryer (watch video 2 of 3 on how to install the air dryer filter package to your compressed air dryer system).

Mini Filter Packages

Twin Tower Engineering's mini filter packages for compressed air dryers include dual pre-filters (particulate and coalescing) to remove condensed water, oil aerosols, and oil vapors.  These contaminants can be destructive to your dryer or cause it to become less efficient, resulting in increased maintenance costs.  The mini filter package also includes one after-filter (particulate) to protect downstream components, two wall mounting brackets, and two 1/4" brass connecting nipples (regulator is optional).

These filters packages are matched to our mini desiccant air dryers (MDH Series) and mini CO₂ adsorber compressed air dryer (MCA Series) flow and performance. We can also size the filters to your existing dryer.
